Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a fundamental component for the health of our organism as its name suggests, it is present in each of our cells; is a fat-soluble compound that functions mainly as an antioxidant, cell membrane stabilizer and cofactor in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) by oxidative phosphorylation, a fundamental process for cellular energy transport.
